Shelves for an antique book shop:
I was asked to create a set of shelves that not only had practical use, but also portrayed a strong visual presence for the shop. At waist  height I incorporated a glass lid on top of an open shelf that allowed for rare or special books to be displayed and read without the need for touching the items themselves. Also, the lid was  strong enough to place books on when taking them from the higher shelves. At the end of the unit I carved a large bird design incorporating some small books that could easily be seen by passers by, and therefore created a visual desire to enter the premises.

Biology bett:
In view of greater ecological awareness in society today, in particular  the use of toxic chemicals within the home, I was commissioned to create a bed that was totally eco friendly made strictly from wood and applied solely  with harmless treatments.

Carved corner seat:
with the subject, “Who catches whom?“ The mouse the cheese or the cat the mouse? Touches like in the right life, Or?
